Online Counselling

Due to the difficult times we're all facing because of the coronavirus I currently only offer online therapy using a safe and secure system. if you would like to learn more please feel free to contact me, or download my information sheet here.

Counselling can offer an opportunity to talk through your thoughts and feelings in a supportive environment. My role as a counsellor is to support you as you begin to work through and better understand your situation.

I offer counselling on a weekly basis for an hour at a regular time and day agreed with you. Our initial meeting gives us an opportunity to talk through your needs and identify the areas you would like to work on.
